Has my order shipped?
Your order usually is sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. But you can check your order status too here:
Click on "My account" link at the top right corner of our site, then click on again in "Your purchases" icon, there you can see you last purchases.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
The orders are sent very fast, sometimes they are shipping out in the same day after being paid but you can contact our customer service in firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How do I track my order?
Click the "My account" link at the top right hand side of our site and click on click on again in "Your purchases" icon, there you can check your order status.
My order never arrived.
Click the "My account > Your Purchases / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. The orders needs 4 business days, if you have not received them, please contact customer service for assistance in email@example.com
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact customer service for assistance in firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
